Step 1:

Choose from our database of hotels that meet your needs.

Step 2:

You complete the booking form online. You will receive an email with all details of your booking information. We will then check the availability with your chosen hotel.

You will need to complete separate forms for different destinations or hotel or more than one booking period.

Step 3:

We possibly confirm hotel availability within 24 to 48 hours
This will be an email that will give full costs, details of the booking and when payment is due.

If the requested hotel is not available we will suggest alternative hotels for your consideration. If you wish to proceed booking, please follow link in email to make a new booking.

Step 4:

Make your payment
All bookings are on pre-paid basis, which means your booking will be confirmed by our operator after payment made. Payments can be made through secure online payment form. We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Please note: Your booking is not confirmed until your payment has been processed.

Once availability is confirmed our cancellation policy will apply.

Step 5:

You have received our final booking confirmation.

Once payment is completed by credit card, your booking is confirmed. You simply arrive at the hotel on your arrival date to check in. When checking in, simply tell them your details such as your name (you could bring along the email we sent but this is not essential).
